Shokkobo is redefining the art scene by creating its own “abstract pop” movement. “Boom!” is a fusion between the characters SpongeBob, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse. This semi-abstract composition also mixes other references, which we can discover through observation: Wonder Woman, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Homer Simpson with his donut… The composition is cut into sometimes geometric shapes, sometimes rounded. The work is very modern and colorful, it brings a lot of light and cheerfulness. It is made with acrylic paint on a canvas stretched on a wooden frame, ready to be hung. Shokkobo hand signed the front of the painting.
