The composition of the image can be reminiscent of life’s paths: sometimes straight, sometimes winding, sometimes fragile, sometimes colorful, sometimes gray, in stages more or less intense or manageable. The paths of life combine highs and lows, events, decisions, crossroads, dead ends, turning points and coincidences and much more… and every path is different, is individual.

The upward-moving structure of the abstract painting underlines the optimistic aspect of life. I mixed magenta, white, black, anthracite, brown, pink and orange-red colors on my palette for this composition.

This modern painting is painted on canvas with highly pigmented acrylic paint. The painting is stretched on a 3.8 cm deep gallery stretcher frame and can be hung without an additional frame as the sides of the picture are also painted.
