Graciela Castellano-Saavedra is an Argentine artist born in 1941, recognized for her significant contributions to the field of painting and sculpture. Based in France since 1976, she has developed a neo-figurative style influenced by her childhood spent in the Argentine pampas and by her experience of exile. Her painting is marked by a chromatic richness and an emotional depth, often marked by nostalgia and inner search.

Her artistic career has been punctuated by numerous prestigious exhibitions, notably at the Grand Palais in Paris, as well as in various socio-cultural institutions throughout France. She has collaborated and exhibited with her husband, the photographer Clément Saavedra, which has enriched her artistic and personal journey.

Graciela Castellano-Saavedra continues to create works that explore themes of identity, exile and memory, while using mixed media to express a range of universal emotions and experiences.
